I help you with tools and strategies to move closer to the person you want to be and to enhance your quality of life.

So that you can feel more confident in yourself and dare to take steps towards what is important to you!

Many of the clients I meet often struggle with perfectionistic thoughts or inner rules, self-critical or negative thought patterns, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties managing emotions or describe a hectic and stressful life.

 

Together we work to increase your inner flexibility, so that you can be more present in life, move towards what is important to you, and create a new way of relating to tough thoughts and feelings so that they do not limit you to the same extent.

 

If you want to get practical tools to find a sustainable and helpful path to increased well-being, my way of working may be right for you!

Hi, Tina here!

I am a licensed psychologist with many years of experience in treatment and therapy.

My background lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but I primarily work with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I have extensive experience
working with stress-related disorders, self-esteem, perfectionism, performance demands and people pleasing.

Something that is especially close to my heart is helping clients set a direction for themselves in how they want to live their lives and get in touch with what really matters for them.

For me, good therapy means that we have created an open and non-judgmental place where you feel safe. That our sessions are the time of day when you can let go of stress and pressure, and go in with the feeling of being able to be yourself completely and where you leave the session with a feeling of having been understood, seen and supported in what we are working on. Good therapy means that we are a strong and synchronized team that actively takes steps towards what is important to you!

About the practice

The practice is located in pleasant premises at Markvardsgatan 5 in Stockholm. Here you will find a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to the central location, there is close access to the metro, commuter trains and bus lines.

 

The premises are located on the third floor, unfortunately there is no elevator.
